YRC Worldwide Inc. subsidiaries YRC Freight and Holland have joined the U.S. Chamber Foundation's Hiring Our Heroes program. The program will use technology developed by FASTPORT to connect veterans with careers in trucking. YRC Worldwide CEO James Welch announced the partnership during his presentation at the SMC3 Connections Conference today. The Connections Conference is an annual gathering of leading shipper, 3PL, trucking and other industry officials.
