In her six years at Wake Health Services, Blake served as a member of the senior management team and was responsible for organizational and strategic planning, workforce development and providing critical support by leading HR functions for six primary health, pediatrics and dental facilities throughout Wake and Franklin County.

Blake has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Human Resource (HRCI) certifications. “We are excited to have Nicole on our team,” said Andy Marchiano, Longistics president. “As a customer focused logistics provider, we strive to employ the best candidates and invest in our workforce.  A strong human resources department is a cornerstone for that initiative and Nicole will be a great addition.”
