Clark Material Handling Company hires new purchasing employees

CLARK Material Handling Company is proud to announce the addition of two Purchasing employees into our growing business. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Harmon as the Purchasing Manager,  In this position she will be responsible to provide leadership and management to the purchasing and materials group, for the Aftermarket Parts business. Susan returns to CLARK with over twenty five years of purchasing and materials management experience. She is a graduate of the University of KY where she earned a degree in Finance. She holds many certifications including APICS, she is a certified Purchasing Manager, and she is certified in Lean Manufacturing. Her extensive work experience, including her fourteen years of prior CLARK experience and knowledge of the forklift industry will be valuable to her success in this position. Susan lives in Lexington, and enjoys spending her free time with her daughter Bridget, and playing golf.

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Treva Payne as the Planner Expediter. In this position she will be responsible for monitoring supplier delivery performance to actual demand, and problem solving to pull in material to meet customer commitments, also reviews past due promise dates and negotiates with suppliers to develop recover plans to clear the past due or backorder condition. Treva comes to CLARK with over sixteen years of planning and materials management experience. She graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
