TVH®-SMH® welcomed 41 participants from all over Mexico and Latin America to their Annual International Customer Appreciation Conference from October 4th to the 6th. The conference is the only program focused on economic, financial, industrial and administrative topics that also provides our customers the opportunity to network with distributors from other countries. It is also an important opportunity for us to show our appreciation for our customers continued business.
The conference consisted of three days filled with discussions and workshops specifically tailored to the customer’s needs, as well as networking opportunities and plenty of entertainment. Part of this year’s entertainment included dinner and wine tasting at the Caenen Castle hosted by Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery in Shawnee, Kansas; an awards banquet at Kansas City’s Fogo de Chao restaurant; and finally, a day touring the city where customers visited Union Station, The Liberty Memorial, The Kansas City Plaza,
The topics that we focused on were: Review and Comparison of the Market, Inventory Administration, Offering Product Alternatives, Allied Parts & Accessories, the Newly Added Products, and New Technology as well as several hands-on IRMN® and Quick Source® workshops. It was a pleasure to share with all those present as well as to learn from everyone’s experiences and knowledge in the industry.
