ECS Refining named to 2011 Inc. 500|5000 list

ECS Refining, a provider of electronic waste recycling and EOL services, has been named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 List, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. This is the first year ECS Refining has been added to the list, which includes companies such as Spirit Airlines, Vizio, Honest Tea, Dunkin Donuts and Metrokane, makers of the Rabbit corkscrew, amongst other winners. ECS Refining was ranked 2896 with year-to-year growth of 96 percent.

As a leader in the environmental services category, the company is enjoying increasing focus by corporations, manufacturers and consumers to responsibly recycle electronic waste (e-waste) on a national scale. In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2011 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains 94 percent. The companies on this year's list report having created 350,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $366 billion.
