A trial date has been set in the death of the executive vice president and general manager of Forklifts of Toledo.
Mark A. Langlois, 50, appeared before Lucas County, Ohio, Judge Dean Mandros during a pretrial hearing Monday. Mandros scheduled the trial to begin June 21 at 1 p.m.
Langlois has pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated murder and an alternate count of murder. He is being held in the Lucas County jail on a $1.5 million bond ($750,000 on each count).
Last month, Langlois was found competent to stand trial, per a finding of the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
Langlois is charged in the death of James Schueler, 65. Schueler was found shot in the head in his Forklifts of Toledo office on Jan. 27.
