Jim Sarfert was appointed vice president of operations for Noregon Systems Inc. Noregon Systems is a firm developing diagnostic software and hardware for the transportation industry since 1993. Prior to joining Noregon Systems, Sarfert was an IT project manager for B/E Aerospace where he deployed enterprise-wide IT solutions in a multi-national corporate environment. Prior to B/E, he was both a program manager and director of operations for Noregon Systems, overseeing the development of many of Noregon’s products and managing key client engagements. Sarfert has a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Oakland University and a bachelor of science in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
