Tak Tokugawa, president of Nissan Forklift Corporation NA since September 2004, is leaving his position at the end of March to be in charge of Nissan Forklift's business in Europe, including Europe B.V. in the Netherlands, Nissan Forklift Espana S.A. in Spain and Atlet AB in Sweden. "I will miss working with NFC's entire dealer organization. I am pleased with what we have accomplished together. However, I am also looking forward to the challenges of my new assignment," Tokugawa says. Effective April 1, Peter Kruse will replace Tokugawa as NFC president. Kruse has been the company's CFO since July 2004.
