Cross Brothers Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Pavone has joined the company as President and CEO. Tom comes to Cross Bros. with a background in engineering/project management, business management, and business development. He was most recently a Principal at MRB Group, a regional engineering firm based in Rochester, New York. He is a licensed professional engineer.  Using his 25 years of experience in managing various design and business development projects, Tom will lead the company's initiatives to continue its growth and business diversity.
