This new product morphs two proven rack shelving standards: corrugated steel deck and wire decking panels. Punch Deck combines the strength, functionality and economy of the familiar solid steel decking with a 50% open surface area created by a series of large custom flanged holes. This feature allows penetration of air, light and most importantly, sprinkler water outflow.

Punch Deck provides a uniform flat storage surface that is free of raised protrusions for easy product placement & retrieval. It is available in two different gauge thicknesses to meet all loading requirements. With no obstructive front waterfall, labels and bar codes are clearly visible on the rack beam face. It can be used with standard pallet rack as well as cantilever rack and the bright, galvanized finish reflects available light. A powder coated finish is also available in a variety of colors.
