Caljan Rite-Hite, a manufacturer of advanced material handling systems for loading and unloading loose loaded cargo announced the addition of two new members to its management team: Tina Hogel and Alan Pawley. Tina Hogel brings more than 14 years of automated material handling industry experience to her new position as Sales Account Manager for Caljan Rite-Hite. Her experience includes installation, customer service, training and technical support as well as marketing and sales for various materials handling product providers. Most recently, Hogel was the Regional Account Manager for Advanced Handling Systems. Alan Pawley has joined Caljan Rite-Hite as the Service Manager, in the Denver plant, where he oversees after sales, customer service and technical support. Pawley has over 20 years of experience in service management. He has provided service management expertise for a variety of service organizations. Most recently, Pawley was in charge of service for a five-state region with Sylvania, where he successfully returned the service center to be in compliance, rebuilt customer confidence and improved customer response time.
