TriFactor promotes Bertorello, Gillespie and Waikem

 

TriFactor, LLC in Lakeland, FL, a provider of integrated material handling systems, announced that Craig Bertorello has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. He will work out of TriFactor's Jacksonville office.  In this new position, Bertorello is responsible for all engineering and field operations for the company. He reports to J. J. Phelan, Chief Operating Officer of TriFactor.  Bertorello joined TriFactor in 1993 as a Project Engineer, and in 1996 was promoted to Senior Project Engineer.  

Richard Gillespie has been promoted to Engineering Manager. He will work out of TriFactor's Lakeland office. In this new position, Gillespie is responsible for overseeing the Engineering Department. His duties include designing, estimating and implementing large scale projects. Gillespie will report to Craig Bertorello, Vice President of Operations. He joined TriFactor in 1996 as a Systems Engineer and in 1998 was promoted to Project Engineer.

Bill Waikem was promoted to Foreman in its Lakeland, FL office. In his new position, Waikem oversees all electrical and mechanical installations, as well as the construction of control panels and serving as onsite manager. He reports to Thomas Betts, the company's Installation & Service Manager. Waikem has extensive training and experience in electrical installation, panel building, AutoCAD and PLC programming.
