American Industrial Transmission, Inc. is proud to announce Ben King as their new president and shareholder. With the purchase of the majority shares of ownership, he will be responsible for managing all facets of the transmission and torque converter remanufacturing company. Formerly general manager, King has overseen production, quality control, and new product development.

King hopes to increase the transmission rebuild kit offerings, plus increase individual parts sales. "There are a lot of dealers that would be willing to perform transmission repairs if they had a knowledgeable source for identifying and supplying the parts they need.  AIT intends to be that source," he said.  "AIT has almost 30 years of lift truck and industrial equipment experience.  We offer technical support via telephone, fax, and with our transmission service manual.  When you think transmission, you think American Industrial Transmission. I hope to keep that reputation strong."
