Knowledge Anywhere Inc. recently announced that it has been selected by Cascade Corporation to develop an e-learning tool to assist in the education of its sales channel across North America.
Cascade has dedicated salespeople who need timely and accurate information about the products and services the company sells. As Cascade's products become increasingly technical, the sales force requires more advanced training.
Knowledge Anywhere's e-learning tool will be used to educate salespeople about the company and its value proposition, and ensure that the sales force is delivering a consistent corporate message. Furthermore, the e-learning solution will be customized to ensure that this channel understands how to differentiate Cascade products and services vis-a-vis the competition.
