New Rexroth logic valves can be used to produce unlimited variety of functions. With its new, actively controllable 2/2 directional cartridge valve LC2A-1X, Rexroth opens up a virtually unlimited variety of functions in hydraulics using highly available standard parts. The new hydraulic valve series comes in seven sizes ranging from 16 to 100. As the overall functionality is built from individual standard parts, engineering and assembly costs can be reduced. Likewise, circuit modifications and repairs also become less costly. The new Rexroth valve series with standardized cavities according to ISO 7368 carries the principle of modular design over to hydraulics. Users can directly mount almost any LFA logic cover in the Rexroth standard program, which in turn allows them to create any hydraulic function imaginable. This approach increases the flexibility for later modifications, as only the logic cover needs to be replaced in order to adapt the functionality to new requirements.
