Stafford Custom Flange Collars incorporate the Accu-Clamp™ non-marring, easy to adjust clamping feature and are machined into a perfectly square mounting flange, hub, or pulley.  Fabricated to match user requirements, these one-piece mounting flange collars can be made from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and various alloys in a wide range of configurations.

Developed for use in conveying-, converting-, packaging-equipment, and various drive applications, Stafford Custom Flange Collars can be made with bore sizes from 1/2” to 6” I.D. and flanges up to 14” O.D.  Flatness and perpedicularity are held to < 0.001 TIR.
